• Existing lounge chair and barstool seating for 40 persons.
• House phone
• CD background music system or plug in your iPod player.
• Access to large sink, refrigerator, microwave (no stove), A/C, & Restroom.
Upgraded Room Rental
$800
• Party Center to provide chairs and tables for up to 120 persons.
• Party Center Staff responsible for basic room clean up.
